When trying to shed weight, it is vital that you focus on positive things to keep yourself motivated. As an example, say to yourself ‘I know I can curb my craving for dessert tonight’, or ‘I am going to lose at least two pounds during the week’. When you feel positive, you are more likely to be successful.
Keep exercising daily if you want to lose weight and keep it off. No matter how busy you are, you can add aerobic or strength training to many of your typical daily activities. For instance, you can do dips or push ups on your kitchen counter while you wait for food to cook.
