In order to maintain your weight loss, prevent yourself from becoming stressed. Stressed out bodies tend to keep ahold of calories and fat for a defense mechanism. The body can start to shut down when overly stressed, so learn how to manage it. Manage your stress, and losing weight should become easier.
You always should have a good attitude and be happy about meeting small goals. By working hard and setting reasonable goals for yourself, you will be able to melt away the pounds, exposing the thinner you that is hiding inside. The only thing you will have to do is maintain your weight.
